Add hub upgrade names to info panel

Currently the hub upgrade names are not visible until you reach that point. Due to timed orders the tier names should be visible or available in the in-game encyclopedia

yeah it could use a bit more clarity. I also find it a bit confusing that these are called "hub" upgrades when you are upgrading hearths. And as for the orders, timed or not, it could at least display like a tier number (so "Enchampment (Tier 1)" or "Neighbourhood (Tier 2)"), though there might be a more elegant solution. Making the icons more distinct would probably help a lot too, though that wouldn't help for the objective list.
