Allow seeing recipes when not unlocked yet

I want to know what raw materials go into recipes before I can make. I think the recipes page should also show things you can't make yet. Maybe it could be a toggle-able button but starts on by default.

You can with "Show All" tick box, but it's really clunky. I would really like that if you tick "Show All" it should stay ticked for the rest of the game.

This is already possible via the "Show All" Button top right at the recipe page.
