Disable fuel in hearth from jumping left and right

When increasing or decreasing fuel priority in hearth, the fuel with highest priority moves left. That makes me always missclick multiple times, increasing and decreasing wrong type of fuel instead of doing what i actually want. It gets really annoying. If devs think having the highest priority on right is important, sort it after the player closes the panel, tha way next time time high priot will be right and wont change untill different resource will get higher priority after the window is closed again.
