Disabling unused faction houses

When opening the build tool for houses, there are always 7 options (2 shelter types and the 5 faction houses) but as there are only 3 factions available per game, there is always 2 type of houses which are useless in every game. Yet, they still show up in the UI. Removing the 2 house types unused would simplify the UI and help choosing the right kind of house.
