On/Off Switches for Buildings

It would be nice to be able to turn a building on or off instead of unchecking all of the products or removing all of the workers. This would be especially helpful on woodcutter camps since they need to be turned on and off so frequenly.

If the workers function like builders while it's turned off, and there's an option to schedule whether its on or off for each season (to help with whichever cornerstones the player has) would be best
