I'd like to be able to pause construction of a building completely so that I can map out my layout. Doing -5 priority only means it'll be the last to be built, but there could be an option where it will only be built once you activate it

I would like to see an option to "Pause" building a building. This would ideally stop the building from being built, or having materials dropped off at said building.
I have a habit of saving up reputation blueprint rewards and dropping 4-5 at once, even on Viceroy+.
I tend to dump all the new buildings out at once, so I don't forget to build them later. I'd like an option to pause building that, besides dropping the priority to -#. This would have a new icon above the building, similar to the ones for missing builders, or missing materials, and just baked into the priority bar(?).
Either this, or a small icon on the icon in the menu stating you have X unbuilt buildings in this menu, toggleable one and off in the menu perhaps?
