is there any way you can set it up so other camps than woodcutter can have priority settings for nodes within their radius so that tiles can be cleared in a set order without deleting nodes?

Hi! This is already possible in the game. Simply select a node, and you will see a numerical priority selector in its UI panel (like the one on construction sites). If you set a higher number, the gatherers will prioritize that node.
