A screen that shows a summary of buildings set up for rainpunk and their current usage/status.

Hi there. This is already a feature in the game. You can activate the Rainpunk Overlay by holding down the TAB key - it will show you all the buildings that can have engines, the water type, whether an engine is installed, and the level at which they are operating.
there are hotkeys for lots of stuff, I belive if you hold the ALT button you will see rainpunk. TAB is for seeing workers. Those are the only 2 I know in me head
