I'd like to have the ability to see ALL previous settlements related to my account. Preferably the last 20 playthroughs or so.

Hey there. In one of our previous updates, we released a feature like this. In the Smoldering City, in the same window as upgrades and deeds, you can find the "game history" tab. It shows the last 20 games you played (due to a technical limitation we can't show all - as this would result in a massive save file size).
