Add progress bar above glade events

Make a simple progress bar above glade events being worked on that slowly fills up as it is completed. A small UI change that makes it easier to manage labor between events.
I suggest using the color green, since a red progress bar already represents hearth corruption.

Hey there! This is already in the game, but it's not shown by default to not cause too much UI clutter. Simply hold the ALT key (worker overlay shortcut) to bring up the progress bar above glade events.
