Add save slots / player profiles

THe game has only one save slot / profile right now. Please add an option to have multiple player profiles (especially for streamers/people playing on the same machine).

I got my SO hooked on the game and now we are copying save profiles in and out to pick up where we left off. Multiple profiles are definitely needed by some people.
