"Ban use of X material temporarily" button

It would be a big QOL to have a button in the consumption control that temporarily blocked use of specific material by ALL buildings.

Lets use mushrooms as example. Normally i would enable my buildings to use mushrooms to produce skewers/wine/etc. However i might encounter a glade event that requires me to use some mushrooms, and i would notice that there's just barely enough mushrooms left in a resource node i can harvest. As it is right now, i have to manually look through every building to make sure i turn off every mushroom ingredient, just to avoid situation where something uses it up and i dont have enough for the glade event. I would like a button somewhere in consumption control that acted as a "As long as this is pressed, mushrooms / wooden planks / copper ingots / whatever you selected will NOT be useable by production buildings. They can still be used by glade events or sold to traders / used for quests."
