Building specializations should be visible in "Alt" view and in build menu

It would be very handy to know from the Alt view what the specializations are of the various buildings. I often use this to move villagers to buildings that give them a resolve bonus.
Also, it would be good to have this visible when selecting buildings to build. That is to say, when you hover over a building in the menu at the bottom of the screen, I'd like to see specialization.

Adding the specialization symbols to empty worker slots on buildings would make it easier to move workers to their optimal spots and make it easier to learn what buildings have what specializations- otherwise the worker overlay requires a lot more memorization to be effective, which is less fun
