We have upgrades that increase the Citadel's initial vision range and Caravan travel range. Would be nice to get a Settlement vision range boost as well (otherwise, travel seems pretty limited and your Caravan travel range isn't utilized).

I'm happy to inform that there is somethign like this n the game already - it's called "Increased Town Vision Range" and is unlocked by buying the Pioneers' Gate Level 5 upgrade.
