Clarification on simultaneous orders

certain Orders (like needs fulfilled or resolve for X time) have multiple requirements that must be met simultaneously. this isn't always clear. so you start passing out biscuits but then you realize you need to have jerky at the same time :/

In my experience, whenever an order has a timed condition like resolve or satisfying a need, that part of the order is checked off and considered done forever once you do it. So you don't have to do them simultaneously
