Deny Ghosts

It would be good to be able to deny the requests of ghosts.
The reason being is that I have this time one ghost who I cannot fulfill the demands, but when it goes it will destroy all my stored fuel. Therefore I now need to wait 20 minutes, before I can start mining fuel, or it would simply be lost.
