Destroy Paths

Currently when you lay a path down, you cannot build over it or destroy it. It is very easy to accidentally put them in places that block buildings from being placed (think of a mineshaft). We should be able to delete/destroy paths.

You can already delete paths with the destroy building tool.

Yes the red button to the left of the 2 green ones for setting harvestable trees.
