Display buildings using water

Would be great to have an icon added to the Workplace Overlay so that when you're holding the button to look at buildings and workers, it also displays an icon showing which buildings are consuming water (similar to how it shows which buildings have a specialisation type).

Rainpunk overlay (CTRL by default) already does this, and allows to change water usage.
