Early access reset increase to 4 weeks

Atm while in Early access, big updates are brought to the game every 2 weeks which resets the current game. This is in some part exploitable, because one could just start a settlement at the most difficult terrains (for bread, machines and citadel resources) and the higher on Prestige you set the game, the more rewarding it is. So it's basically all 2 weeks citadel resources for free, because the current run will end and you will receive the rewards. This seems to count as a loss though since I noticed that the cycle is then actually shorter before the next blightstorm is coming. I'm wondering since I play it on a casual basis, so I can't do more than 1-3 games in these 2 weeks, if it's possible to set this up to 4 weeks to allow me to actually complete a cycle before the blightstorm.
