Expand options for challenges at endgame

The daily challenge is nice but shows that a lot of potential gameplay is locked behind randomness/waiting until it comes around. After the game is completed it would be good to unlock this gameplay -- allow a "Create Expedition" where you select which features and modifiers to apply to the map. There should not be any rewards for this.
