getting both the rainpunk foundry and the homestead blueprints from the expeditions seems like an impossible task. with something like 30+ industry and 25+ farming, there is such a small chance, and so few rolls to get them both. nearly all other deeds have something you could do actively to get them, but this is mostly random chance, which doesn't feel good. maybe if sending higher tier expeditions also increased your chances of getting them? but I'm not sure if that's how it works currently or not
if the deed is going to be pure RNG, there should at least be something we can do to improve those odds rather than just playing a million more games
