For a world eternally wet, there seems to be a distinct lack of fish. Maybe there could be pools in glade events, or maybe you could simply build a fishing pier at the edge of the map. Be a new food resources, could use it in place of meat in recipes (or it could just give you meat)

I want more community maps and my ultimate goal is to want a colorful world picture that would be a super cool thing to do

It would be cool if new resource types compatible with each type of camp could show up in the ponds/lakes. eg fish for trappers camps and kelp for harvester's camps
Because water is associated with evil in this game, I thought it would be nice to make fish an unhealthy source of food. It is normally toggled off in consumption, but you can turn it on if need arises. In that case, 10% of the citizens who ate the fish, will die within the next 2 seasons; however this may still be better than having all of them starve/leave.

Вокруг леса же вода. Сделать возможным добывать водные ресурсы в воде как вырубил лес до конца карты.
The fishmen mafia would like a word with you

If lakes or bodies of water enter the game, a shellfish trapper or fish nets for crustaceans and reeds maybe seaweed would be great and fitting with the lore

Would love my villagers to be able to fish!
Once you reach a coast, it would be awesome to be able to build some sort of dock and get fish/seafood/algae/corals/others; another way to get food and material.
And then maybe a harbour, as another way to expand trade routes. This could also mean you could spawn your settlement on islands.

Good idea, would make reaching the coast a goal if there was a reward rather than just a play area limit.

Would love to see this added as a high risk high reward mechanic for the edges of the map. There are several events that mention fishmen (or was it fishermen?) would love to see them have more of a presence. The addition of fish as a food resource sounds great, but it should have some risks such as a chance of spawning a small glade-like event every storm.

With the amount of constant rain, it would be quite logical to think that rivers, ponds and lakes would be part of the game. The water has to go somewhere, and I don't think the ground is poroous enough to absorb all the rainwater, though I have no idea of ATS's geology. :)
I'm sure the developers haven't missed such an opportunity either, and I really hope to see a cute little lake teeming with crayfish for me to cook when I open up a glade one day.
