Highlight buildings you have available in the "Produced by" list of each item.

It would be nice if when you mouse over a particular material and it has a "Produced by:" listing, the buildings are highlighted that you can construct, also it would be great if you could fit some indication in there of how many you have constructed.

If you have only found and reconstructed a building, but you can't construct it, that should have a different highlight just to indicate you have one.
