Hotkeys Open AND Close Menus

Simple request to have hotkeys both open and close game menus. For example, currently in the game when you hit the "T" key, that opens the Orders window. But when you hit the "T" key again, the Order window doesn't close. My suggestion is, in this example, to have the "T" key close the Orders window if it is open. And I think this should be the case with all hotkeys that launch game-specific menus.

When orders are opened, pressing the hotkey again should close the orders. Same with trade routes, etc.

How about being able to close menus like trade routes/orders/etc by pressing their respective hotkey? This would allow players to open a menu by pressing a hotkey, quickly glance and get the info they want, and close it by simply hitting the key again. Peek and leave.
