Locate/Pan to existing structures from build menu

If you right-clicked (for example) on a structure you've already built, it pans the camera to the structure and cycles through them if you have multiple. If none have been built, it displays a message like "no structure has been built." Thanks!

Hey there! This is already present in the game. When there is a building in your settlement, and you hover over that building's card in the construction menu, simply press the right arrow key to move the camera to it.
