When you want to make another big shelter or path or decoration, middle click one that is already existing on the ground and it the copies the item. Saves the trouble to go into the menu to find it again, especially if you are duplicating one of each of the specialty shelters.

Hi! You can already do this in the game. To copy a building, hover over it and press Shift. You will automatically be taken to the build mode with the selected building active. You can also change this keybind to any other key/mouse button in the Options menu.
