Prioritize glade event reward collection order

Add a priority system to the rewards from glade events so we can control the order in which the resources will be collected. Sometimes it does make a big difference if there is a long distance to travel to the nearest warehouse, many other resources to gather, and an urgent need for one of the resources. It seems realistic as well to be able to command your workers to gather a certain resource first.
