QoL: Allow you to see Villager Needs when creating a settlement.

For the purposes of checking what stuff they're bringing with them and what embarkation bonuses to bring, it would be nice if there were a little button or if you could hover over the civilians in the caravan to see what their needs/wants are to make the selection process a bit more strategic and easier. Would be a great QoL feature and I don't think it would be hard to implement!

In the World Map settlement screen, let us hover around each race to quickly view what goods they like. It'll help identify quickly any ideal resource (such as Jerky for Humans, Harpies, and Lizards). Could be a small data tip that quickly shows the icons without additional information.
