Rainpunk status overlay: show engines+settings, blight count

Hi there. You can already do that. There are two overlays for this - the rainpunk overlay (activated by holding down TAB) and the blightrot overlay (activated by holding down Z). The first shows the engines and the rate at which they are working, and the second shows the cyst number.
