Remove vignette option

A graphical option to disable the vignette. Some players (like me and others) can't stand it. I haaaaaate vignettes.

Hey there! There already is an option for this in the options menu - simply look for "screen fog" in the general tab. Unchecking it will remove the effect around the screen.
