Selecting (already built) buildings: R = instantly rotate. Shift = copy.

A couple of small quality of life UI improvements for construction.
When selecting any building which has already been built:
1) Press R to instantly rotate the building. This means there is no need to enter Move mode first if you want to rotate an existing building.
2) Press SHIFT to enter construction mode and build a copy of that building. This saves time searching for buildings in menus.
