Show info about previous settlement on hover

In the world map, it would be neat if you could see a little information about each completed settlement when hovering over it. Example information could be time taken to complete (years), difficulty, and perhaps resources gained. Aside from cool information I find this useful when planning how many settlements I can do before having to attempt a seal.
