It would be nice to introduce bonuses for each race for their biome. For example, in the description of the scarlet garden-written that it is suitable for lizards (in fact, the mushroom forest looks more suitable for lizards). give them some kind of buff for the location. for example, +1 to the mood.
Also introduce relationships between races. e.g. auntie lori mentions that lizards and harpies don't get along well. Make them for example -1 attunement if they are in the same expedition, but introduce a buff like “competition” +5% production speed for both races.
