Enter the opportunity to invite "specialists" who could be invited to the settlement, who could add "stars" to the production of products that would require certain conditions for accommodation and services, and a salary in coins.

Could be a way to tie in the various groups in the game, improve your standing through trade routes or other actions and they're willing to send someone or make it a meta-game choice somehow. Each faction gives a different type of specialist you can hire or perk for xx production. Would affect balance/make the game easier due to be an added perk so the amber cost could be an idea, or a meta game resource of some kind. Or just add into the skill tree somehow.
