Speed buff/debuff clarity

There are a lot of effects that say things like "33% slower" or "25% faster" and because of the way these things are calculated it's sometimes hard to know exactly how they interact and/or cancel out.

For example, there's the one glade event that says "food production is 90% slower", I think it would be much more clear if it read as "food production takes 900% more time" so that it would be clear that 90% worth of speed buffs wouldn't actually cancel it out.

Hmm, that wasn't my experience earlier, but testing again it with the cauldron event active and drizzle water does seem to be the case. Must have misread something.
