[Suggestion] Add red outline to ingredient if enough isn't available to do a glade buildin

This feature is already present in the game but only for buildings that create recipes. you can see ingredients' icon with red outline if the player doesn't have enough of it.

but in glade buildings, it is very annoying to know if a particular ingredient is present in enough quantity or not since the UI doesn't highlight it in red if the player doesn't have enough of it. :)

this QOL change will save players a lot of time and effort :)
