Kill it, burn it, leave it in the past.
I know i know its been said before but it is the ONLY debuff i see that seriously tempts me to dumping a settlement. The debuff on impatience is the worst and early game amber is a pain till trade train starts getting up and running.

We just nerfed this effect (update 0.40 - Camps Update Part 2) - the penalty now only stays for one year and doesn't stack. Hope it makes it a bit more bearable.

I think it just mostly needs to be moved to higher hostility levels, and/or maybe have a mitigation. We have too many unconditional debuffs anyway right now.
Would it be better if it was an instant Impatience penalty, rather than a stacking debuff for the rest of the game?
