Where is my rainpunk engine revving?

After some of them were enabled, how do I easily find which did I do enable? It would be of great help if, for example, the alt-hold (which shows assigned workers) would also somehow mark which buildings have a rainpunk engine on.

This can be currently done by holding TAB - the overlay will show all isntalled engines and the level at which they are working.
