Workshop producing all of the construction materials with a good exchange ratio and only requiring raw wood to produce is way too good to pass up, and it is an automatic pick over any of the other two-star resource production buildings. I'd suggest reducing the production to just one star in one or more of the recipes, or improving other similar tier buildings to produce their production materials to three stars, like lumber mill already does.
