Ability to trade for resources with previous settlements

Would be really cool if the trade window allowed you to spend amber to buy resources that your previous settlements produced. (For example, you have a previous settlement in a cycle that produces a lot of leather or resin from buildings. A future settlement could trade for that resource by spending amber)
