Add "needs" to Species tooltips

The main info that's not at my fingertips are species' needs. In total there are something like 40 of them. Right now it takes many actions to find them (as far as I'm aware): Menu -> Encyclopedia -> Species -> Click specific species.
This would be alleviated by just adding small Needs icons to the species Tooltips so the player can recall which species eat what, etc.
These are already present in the beginning-of-run tooltip, they just need to be present in the in-game species tooltips to help quickly determine for example why a certain species might be miserable!

Hey there! Species needs are located in the species panel on the left side of the HUD. Simply press the arrow symbol next to a portrait and the UI will expand, showing need icons (and some additional info: how many are fulfilled, what is the resolve bonus, etc.).
