Add option to edit 'Move To' (default arrow Right) command to Keybindings

Allow player to edit default of arrow Right in Keybindings for the 'Move To' command (available when player hovers over a card they want to build).
Arrow Right is quite a jump across the keyboard with your left hand (if right hand stays on mouse to maintain hover position). I'd prefer to bind this to something closer to WASD keys such as F.
