Add option to use multiple profiles

Currently there is only one save game (profile) for a player.
adding profiles would be nice so that one could try to play as a different player without loosing the progress from the other profile

Hi! This already exists. There is a Profiles window in the main menu. It allows you to create multiple player profiles, each with its own save and meta progress.
