Add toggle feature to zoom vignette

It would be great to disable. I don't need the vignette to feel like we are close. The graphics are charming so I would love to be able to zoom in without the immersion breaking white creep from the edge of the sceen.

Hi! You can already do this by using the "Screen Fog" checkbox in the "Options" menu (it's on the "General" tab, under "Video"). The name may not be the best, but this setting turns off the dark vignette and fog overlay.
