Allow Setting Default Resource Limits

For each settlement, the first thing I do is go thru and limit all recipes to a quantity of 30. I can then adjust as needed based on the map, species, and orders. Rather than starting with all resources marked unlimited, I'd like to request an option to set our own custom default limits.

Hi there! You can already do this in the game. When you set global limits in the recipe panel, you can save your settings using one of the two small round buttons on the right side of the panel. In your next game, you can simply load those settings using the other button (they have tooltips to make it easier to understand which is the save and which is the load button). You can also check the "auto load recipe limits" option in the Options menu to always load your saved limits when you start a new game.
