Hi! This is already in the game. When you hover over a building when picking or buying a new blueprint, there is a small footer below the building's tooltip. It shows the resources produced and a little icon next to it: a green up arrow if the new recipe is better than anything you have in your settlement, a red down arrow if the recipe is worse, and a plus sign if it's a new recipe you haven't unlocked yet.

Are you afraid you may choose the same blueprint again? You can only choose a blueprint once, it will not reappear.
