Whoops. Anyway, the text for stormforged alarm bells says "All workers recieve a +33% higher chance of producing double yeilds for every 100% points of expected corruption per minute in the Ancient Hearth". This is not 100 points per minute, (which might be too powerful, even for a stormforged cornerstone) but 100% corruption, as it was before the rebalance.
