Add the "duplicate building" button where the "move" and "Deactivate" buttons are when you click on the building itself, because sometimes it can be difficult to perform a search or a few mouse clicks to place the building in the right place.

Hey! It's not completely the same as you suggest, but you can already copy buildings by hovering over the building in your settlement and pressing the Shift key.
