Disable Food for production use

Hello,
Id like to have a "disable to production" button for food. Like disable to eat in the food panel (dunno names in english sry)
I need to store some basic item to complete a quest. I can disable for my citizen to eat them, but not for my industry to use it.
If then it can show a " ! " around building where recipe are broken it would save me so much time. having to look for this specific item in every recipe/building every time is boring

This ability already exists for any ingredient.
Click on your warehouse and you can set a minimum level and your production will basically make that the "zero" mark...
ie if you set Copper Ore for a 25 minimum, if you only have 20 then your Smelter will not make Copper Bars as you do not have any to spare.
HOWEVER, if you build Reinforced Roads which uses Copper Ore it will happily take them because you directly told it to :)
