Display time until glade event completion on tooltip

If you have scouts actively investigating a glade event, show the timer on the tooltip when you hover over the event.

Hi! There already is something in the game that does this, although it's not in the event tooltip. When an event is being worked on, you can use the workspace overlay (by holding ALT by default) to display a timer and progress bar above the event's 3D model.

I am pretty sure one of the Hotkeys already do that, either 'Alt' or 'B'.
